What’s on this Week…

Hi [first name]

You can never underestimate the quality a good DJ brings to a night out. At Ronnie’s we are lucky to have some great DJs. We are a quality bar and pride ourselves on the quality of entertainment  we provide to you for free.

The DJs are obviously the mainstay of this providing an eclectic mix of music from Bert & Brighty’s Nu Disco on Fridays to Steeve Mac’s superb Saturday nights.

Never cheesy and never mainstream its music carefully crafted together to give you a damn good time. It throws in some tunes you recognise and some you may not have heard before. It’s what a good late night bar should do really.

On Sunday we have something different as well which should be well worth a visit. Following on from Rough Twist’s live set we have the Madjic DJ competition. Six DJs will be battling it out to win prizes and gigs. It should be a really good do and something different for a Sunday night as well.

Anyway the week ahead at Ronnie’s is looking good offering plenty of top quality entertainment

Tuesday – The Ronnie’s famous Open Mic night. The best musicians in town performing for the love of it.

Wednesday – The best cocktails you’ve ever tasted on Classic Cocktail Wednesday. Why not try our Cocktail of the week? And Clubcard holders can enjoy two for a tenner, so dig out that little black dress for the courtyard cocktail night.

Thursday – Got a clubcard? Double your points on Thursday nights. Not got one? Ask at the bar and we’ll sign you up.

Friday – It’s the weekend and we’ve got Bert and Brighty bringing you Nu Disco at Ronnie’s Bar. The best atmosphere in town for a Friday night.

Saturday – We’ve got England’s match against Switzerland and then Steeve Mac’s here for the Sunshine Groove Thing.

Sunday – Rough Twist are going to rock the courtyard again on Sunday. They’re our band in residence, and they are fantastic. And if that wasn’t enough, we’re following it up with the Madjic DJ competition. See www.madjic.co.uk for more details on that.

Finally my cocktail of the week is an Apple Fiz. It’s a great mix of Zubrowka Bison Grass vodka, top quality Apple Schnappes and Chambord liqueur topped with Prosecco. It is a great drink, a little bit different with a great explosion of apple flavour. Well worth it and even better value at two for ten pounds with a Ronnie’s Club Card.

See you soon
