What’s on this week at Ronnie’s.

Battle of the Bands takes a short break this week as we have a normal non competitive Macc Sabbath on Sunday. It will still be top entertainment though. We had heat 3 of BOTB last week, though we’ve had to delay announcing the result due to illness stopping the David International from competing, however they will get a chance at the start of the next heat on Sunday 3 April, so there will be a double announcement after that.

Our magnificent DJs will be on top form again this week too really whipping up the atmosphere on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights with their great mix of tunes. No cheese at all just pure class music.

“The Music at Ronnie’s is brilliant. It makes the atmosphere really special!” – Helena

What’s on this week?

Live music with our Open Mic Night. This is people who really love live music performing because they want to play in front of a crowd. There is always some great talent on display so come along and have a listen, or even have a go.

It’s Classic Cocktail Wednesday. Clubcard holders can enjoy two classic cocktails for a tenner. Slinky black cocktail dress and tuxedos optional.

DJ Steeve Mac starts the weekend early. He’s a Macc legend so come along and enjoy the best Thursday night in town.

DJs Bert and Brighty take us into Saturday. Welcome in the weekend with a French Hand grenade… but you might end up surrendering!

First we have the Live football as England face Wales, then Steeve Mac is back until the early hours of Sunday.

More live music as Macc Sabbath returns. Enjoy some of the best live music this town has to offer with a FREE all-day music event.

I also rediscovered a great classic cocktail this week. The Margarita is a fantastic blend of Tequila, fresh lime juice and Cointreau all with a salty rim (innuendo intended) on the glass. As you know we only sell quality spirits at Ronnie’s but by using our super premium Don Julio Blanco tequila this drink is just exceptional. Of course the super premium spirit is a little more expensive, but you really will notice the difference and be impressed.

That’s it really for now, so see you soon.

The heart of entertainment in Macc
