Live at Ronnie’s

Posted on October 4, 2010 in Live at Ronnie's

Next up at Ronnie’s we have the Magic Otters on Sunday 10th.

They were here a month or so ago and were absolutely fantastic.

Then it’s Dynamo Hum on Friday October 15th.

If you’ve never hear dthem before you can have a listen on their myspace site.

Here’s a little bit more about them:

“Just fantastic! There’s something kind of magical in those rolling rhythms and melodies” – Rob Champion, BBC Introducing ’10″Stand out track ‘Last Two’ adds White Stripes’ way with a simple, solid riff to the ‘Ohhhh Yeah!!!’ Winningly infectious enthusiasm of early Supergrass. A support act to get there early for”. – Venue Magazine ’10″Tight as!” – Mark Clayden (Pitchshifter) ’10″Full-force rock’n’roll dragging The Faces kicking & screaming into the 21st century. Will have soft indie/electro boys crying for their mummy” – Sean Cook (Spiritualised/The Flies) ’10″The White Stripes with innovative ’60s like harmonies…. and yes! it bloody well works!” – Dublin Castle, Camden.

And on October 29th the live music continues with Chester-le-Flange.

More on them later.

Action from last week.

The other week we hosted an excellent LIVE charity gig at Ronnie’s Bar in aid of Help for Heroes.

If you missed out you can have a look at what went on here:
